| PICK-UP's AND DROP-OFF's |
No charge pick-ups and drop-offs in local area. If you are arriving by air and your pick up is at the Cancun Airport, then we would like to explain our procedure at the airport for your pick up: One of our car rental representatives will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a noticeable sign with the America Car Rental logo and your name clear and big for easy identification, then we will take you in our shuttle to our office which is 5 minutes from the airport where we will have your vehicle clean and ready for you. We don´t have a rental booth or telephones inside the airport, we always meet our clients outside the building, but is always very easy to identify us with our sign. For the drop-off you can select either your hotel, the airport or our office at your desired time. |

| INSURANCE POLICIES AND SURCHARGES |
In case of an accident, our insurance company requires that the driver's name must be specified in the rental agreement, therefore, all drivers must be authorized and have their names printed on the rental agreement. All authorized drivers must show a valid and current driver's licence or permit with photograph. Also, in case of an accident, for the insurance to be valid, the driver must first call our company so we can send our insurance agent to the place of the accident immediately. |

CDW Lowers the driver´s responsability in case of an accident or theft. The following deductibles fees apply:
For Mini Economy, Economy, Compact and Mid-Size vehicles: 1,500 usd.
For Intermediate, Standard and Full-Size vehicles: 1,900 usd.
For 4 Wheel Drive vehicles: 2,000 usd.
For Minivans, 8 & 12 Passenger Vans: 3,500 usd.
CDW does not cover theft of accessories. CDW is not refundable and the coverage only applies within Mexico's territory.
CDW is a damage or theft insurance for the rented vehicle only. |

PAI covers ambulance service, doctors and hospital expenses in case of an accident. Coverage is up to 13,000 usd. per passenger, limited to the allowed passenger capacity of the rented vehicle.
The coverage only applies within Mexico's territory.
PAI is a personal accident insurance for the occupants of the rented vehicle.

PLI covers up to 80,000 usd. for liabilities caused by accident related expenses and legal assistance, when liability for other vehicles or people have been caused by the driver of the rented vehicle.
Does not cover damages made to the rented vehicle nor medical expenses for its passengers.
The coverage only applies within Mexico's territory.

As an extension of CDW, EPC covers theft, total losses and damages, partial or complete, done to the rented vehicle in case of an accident.
This coverage applies 0% deductible fee for damages or theft done to the rented vehicle.
Does not cover missing accesories nor traffic violations, does not cover damages caused by driver's negligence.
The coverage only applies within Mexico's territory. EPC is a damage or theft insurance for the rented vehicle. |

| REFUND POLICY |
If for any reason the customer returns the vehicle before the stated date of return in the rental agreement, a reimbursement for the rental fee will proceed, however the cost of the insurances and taxes is not refundable. |
